He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Lawniczak and Michael Cieslak; and his siblings, Ceil Lawn (late Stanley), Irene Kulavick (late Louis), Francis Michael Cieslak (late Dorothy), John Ratka, Josephine Monroe (late William), Mary Lewandowski (late Edward), Michael Cieslak (Rose Marie) and Ann Betlewicz (late Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Cieslak; his daughters, Deborah Moriarty (Patrick) and Donna Bentkowski (Robert); his great grandchildren, Bridget and Robert; and his siblings, Stanley Cieslak (Lorraine) and Pearl Lariviere (late Arthur). He is also survived by His extended family includes many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
