He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Adams and Betty A. Adams; and his parents-in-law, John and Helen Lempke. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn J. Adams; his children, Andrea S. Reynolds (Matthew R.) and Scott E. Adams (Marco Smeraldi); his grandsons, Evan M. Reynolds and Liam S. Reynolds; his siblings, Karen Kohlbacher (late John), Sally Zak (Thomas), Bart Adams (Lynn), Betty McCarthy (late Jerry), Eve Pilecki (Mark) and Michael Adams; and his siblings-in-law, Janice R. Wiech (late Ben), John B. (Mary) and Lempke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dennis' name to the American Heart Association.
