He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Crawley, and Dennis Crawley, Sr.; and his father-in-law Mark Antonio (Colleen). He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Crawley; his children, Justin Crawley (Samantha) and Ashley Crawley; his grandson Kaden Jon Crawley; his mother-in-law Mary Van Wey (Robert); and his siblings, Anita Crawley and Deneanne Chiplock.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dennis' honor to the ALS Association.
