He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mazurowski and Helen Mazurowski. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Justin (Adrienne), Kathryn Mazurowski (Andre) and Adored; his grandchild Mya Rose Galloway; and his sister Phyllis Sikorski (Martin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
