He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ratka and Walter Ratka; his wife Santa K.; and his brothers, Robert Ratka (late Ann) and Harry Ratka.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel P. Ratka (Barbara), William Ratka (JoAnn) and Mary Ann Jaskowiak (Collins); his grandchildren, Kathryn M. Mackmin (Scott), Daniel J. Ratka, Emily E. Ratka, Kelcie Ratka, Lindsay Ratka, Jessica Strychalski (Michael) and Andrew Jaskowiak; his great grandchildren, Quinn Mackmin, Moira Mackmin, Carson Strychalski, Cole Strychalski and Marli Strychalski; and his siblings, Alice Skibinski (late Leonard) and James Ratka (Mary Jane). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
