She was predeceased by: her husband Walter C. Koza; and her parents, Frank Lustan and Josephine Lustan. She is survived by: her sons, Robert C. and Ronald W.; her siblings, Frank Lustan (Stephania), Bertha, Julia Garnham (Paul) and William Lustan; her godfather Peter Serwinowski; and her friend Roseanne Heller of Marshfield, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
