She was predeceased by: her husband Charles; and her son-in-law James Benson. She is survived by: her children, Charles (Stephanie) and Kelly Baker; her grandchildren, Catelynn, Travis Savard (Casey), Samantha and Christina; her sisters, Anna McCauley and Bella Pavese; and her pets, Remi, Jake, Gracie and Luna. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Home (683 Montauk Hwy, Bayport, NY 11705). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Lawrence RC Church (240 W Main St, Sayville, NY 11782).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association in Vera's name would be greatly appreciated.
