He was predeceased by: his former wife Veronica. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Sweeney-Cardamone; his daughters, Erica Moore of Bay Shore and Toni Kelley of East Moriches; his sons-in-law, Sean Moore and Matthew Kelley; his granddaughters, Tara Sweeney of Ronkonkoma and Colleen Jerome of East Setauket; his grandsons-in-law, Jason Gueci and Christopher Jerome; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexander, Connor, Brendan, Leila, Madison, Kai and Theodore; and his sisters, Frances Cook and Barbara Thies.
