He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Madden (Kuczynski). He is survived by: his children, Courtney and Shawn; his siblings, Peggy Stevens (James), William Madden (Donna), Patricia Slattery (Gerry), Barbara Speckin and Kathleen Schultz (Rick); and his grandchildren, Gizelle and Victorea. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
