He was predeceased by: his grandfather Miyagi; and his parents, George Levy and Fiby Levy. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Smurf, Santa and Claus; his wife Louise; his children, Michael (Tricia) and Lisa (John); his grandchildren, Connor, Clare and Samantha; and his brother Patrick (Sherry).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Raynor & D'Andrea Funeral Homes (245 Main St, West Sayville, NY 11796).
