She was predeceased by: her brothers, Raymond Pereira (Laura) and Billy O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Matthew Arcuri; her daughters, Fallon and Saige; her parents, Eileen O'Brien and John W. O'Brien of Bohemia; and her siblings, Laura Murphy (Ken) of Barnstead, Brian O'Brien (Christine) of Sayville, Jack O'Brien of Bohemia, Keith O'Brien (Michelle) of Islip and Faith Baker (Rich) of Holbrook.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
