She is survived by: her husband Edward Michael Lentz; her children, Kristen Schram (Paul), Cody Backus and Thor Lentz; her grandsons, Jackson, Colton Schram and Cody Lentz; and her siblings, Patty Moffitt and Michael Wallace.
