She was predeceased by: her grandmother Jane Hitchcock. She is survived by: her parents, Sandra A. Wetmiller Hitchcock and Floyd J. Hitchcock Jr.; her siblings, Lindsey, Mary Hitchcock, Aaron, Travis and Joseph Hitchcock; her grandparents, Eydie Zimmerman (Daniel), Thomas Wetmiller (Diane) and Floyd J. Hitchcock Sr.; her aunts, Cherie (Roy Aanonsen), Monica (Mike Nailor) and Sharon Lawrence (Debbie); her uncle Dave Tremont; and her cousins, Angela, Faith, Carrie, Becky, Ashley and Stephanie.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Sara L. Hitchcock to the Sara Hitchcock Memorial Scholarship (directed to APCSD in care of the Sara Hitchcock Scholarship Fund) or the Ronald McDonald House.
