He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Kawola and Magdalen Berdar Kawola; his wife Ann Wasula Kawola; his significant other Marie Markham; and his sister Donna Marie Kawola.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark Kawola of Watervliet and Jeffrey Kawola of Glass Lake; his grandchild Alexandria Kawola; and his brothers, Constantine Kawola (late Kathleen) of Cohoes and Daniel Kawola (Johanna) of Loudonville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
