He is survived by: his son Gary Ashley West Sand (Terri); and his stepchildren, Mary E. (Sandee), A. Donald Harrat, Troy, J. Diane Crowley, Richard R. Harrat (Cindy) and Barbara J. Harrat. He is also survived by his several grandchildren, and great grandchildren, and his many Brothers and Sisters.
