He was predeceased by: his siblings, Donald, Ellis, Jr., Arthur, Theodore, Robert Chamberlin and Katherine Roberts.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie J. McKay (Walter S.) and Thomas H. Chamberlin (Nancy L.); his grandchildren, Thomas H. Chamberlin Jr., Kristee J. Tremblay (Jerry), Amber J. McKay and Sara E. Chamberlin; his great grandchildren, Chelsee J. Tremblay, Nevaeh N. Chamberlin and Atticus Chamberlin; and his sister Doris Zipkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
