He was predeceased by: his brothers, Charles R. Hack and Richard F. Hack. He is survived by: his sons, Shaine Hack of Queens, NY and Cory Hack; his daughter-in-law Dianna (DeeDee) of Hollis Center, ME; his sister-in-law Mary Hack; his nephews, Jeff and Brian; and his niece Colleen.
