It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Van Valkenburg (West Sand Lake, New York), born in Rensselaer, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Emeline Whalen Van Valkenburg; his daughters, Nancy Conroy (Martin) of Ballston Lake, NY, Jill Messer (Douglas) of Sunnyvale, CA and Tara Booker (David) of Loudonville, NY.; his grandchildren, Greg Conroy, Drew Conroy and Meghan Conroy; his sisters, Dorothy Valkenburg and Helen Van Valkenburg; and his daughter Lori Beck. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
