He was predeceased by: his mother Edith Marion Snyder Hamilton; his wife Althea E. Kampf Hamilton; his grandson Johnathan Edward Hamilton; and his siblings, Richard P. Hamilton and Marion Corinne Wales.
He is survived by: his children, Edward G. Hamilton (JoAnna) of Simsbury, CT and Carol Robinson (George) of Duanesburg, NY; and his grandchildren, Gregory Joseph Hamilton of Simsbury, CT and Cassandra Althea Robinson of Duanesburg, NY..
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DeGraaf-Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. (4392 NY-150, West Sand Lake, NY 12196). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Salem United Methodist Church (349 Shaver Rd, West Sand Lake, NY 12196).
