With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Owens (West Sand Lake, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Scott T. Owens (Maureen) and Terri L. Owens; her siblings, Donald D. Stiles (Elaine), Judith Hughes (Carlton), Troy and Thomas E. Stiles; and her grandchildren, Sean, Lauren Owens, Kelli Grab and Megan Bailey.
