He is survived by: his daughter Alexandria Nichols; his mother Ruth Voorhees (Cobb); and his siblings, David Coss, Polly Anna Proctor, Penny Bishop, Edward Oliver, Jamie Oliver, Jodey Oliver, Mike Oliver and Tammy Gage. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
