Rhoda Patsner Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Metz and Rose Metz; her husband Sherwin Patsner; her daughter Susan Patsner Black; her siblings, Cynthia Metz and Morton Metz; her son-in-law Victor Hellwege; and her niece Karen Rubin.

She is survived by: her daughter Lis; her grandson Ben; her children, Elisabeth and Bruce; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Lauren, Samantha and Joel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Rhoda was a pillar of the local Jewish community in Rockland County and was a longtime member of the Nanuet Hebrew Center, where she was actively involved in event planning up until COVID lockdowns began.
