She was predeceased by: her husband Yook F. Chin; and her daughter Ping Lin. She is survived by: her sons, Fong, Bong and Kentford; her children-in-law, Eileen Chin and Paul Lin; and her grandchildren, Evelyn Chin (Tony Lai), Mindy Lin, Brian Chin (Pearl), Eric Chin (Therese) and Jon Lin. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and beloved friends.
As a small business owner much of her life, she understood the hardship that COVID-19 continues to have on many businesses, especially those in New York's Chinatown.
