With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth J Lynch (West Nyack, New York), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 5, 2024 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Moynahan and Mary Moynahan (May). She is survived by: her husband John Brendan Lynch; her children, Thomas Joseph (Kate), Edward Michael (Susan), Kevin Raymond and Elizabeth Mary (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Shannon, Liam (Makenna), Molly, Sarah, Michael (Brianna), Kevin, Jennifer and Christine. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home (728 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony's Shrine Church (36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Anthony's Cemetery (36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Senior Group.
