It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Sluzar (West Monroe, New York), who passed away on November 25, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Olive Seltsam Tinkham and Harry Tiinkham; her husband Alex Sluzar; her siblings, Carol Herrington and Raymond Tinkham; her children, Joe Sluzar (Sandy), Gary Sluzar (Ellen) and Linda Bennett (Randy Howard); her grandchildren, Melissa Wilkinsen (Chad), Heather Oliver (Chris Caulafont), Josh Bennett (Matt Bailey), Danielle Clark (Dustin) and Olivia Sluzar; and her great grandchildren, Jeb, Jackie Booth, Giselle Wilkensen, Mason, Jacob Clark, Isaac and Grant Oliver. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
