He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Pudge" O'Hara and Joan Fuller O'Hara; his brother Patrick O'Hara; his mother-in-law Patricia Cihocki; and his sister-in-law Connie Lisowski.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne Cihocki of Mary's Church; his children, Bronson O'Hara (Meghan) of Pulaski, NY, Brock O'Hara (Amy) of Parish, NY, Remington of West Leyden and Rilee O'Hara of West Leyden; his grandchildren, Grace, Sawyer, Audrey, Ryker and Haidee O'Hara; his sister Cindy Cole (Ron); and his nephew Travis O'Hara. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
