He was predeceased by: his parent Malcolm Winsor Tanner Sr.; and his siblings, David, Robert, Faith and Patricia.
He is survived by: his parent Rosanna Mathis; his former wife Shirley I.; his child Marlene Tanner; his stepdaughter Jason Tanner (Christine); his grandchildren, Stephen Kinstle of Rome, NY and Pamela Kinstle; and his siblings, Paul, Alan (Jimmy), Mary Ellen, Sheila and Diane. He is also survived by 41 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
