Ernst of West Leyden, New York, born in Constable, New York, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd H. Barton and Corolea Fountain Barton; her son Charles Russell (Michelle A. Ernst Heranney); her stepchildren, David Ernst, Linda Coons, Kevin Ernst and Jeffrey Ernst; and her siblings, Floyd, Leo, Jack, Dorothy and Corolea.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles E. Russell; her husband Lyndon H. Ernst; her children, Charlene Russell, James Russell (Colleen) and Christian J. Ernst; her stepson Kenneth Ernst; her niece Shawnee Ross (Cliff) of Long Lake; and her great-niece Becky Light of Boonville. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
