It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R. Schooley (West Islip, New York), who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louise; and his children, Christine, Linda, Robert, Elizabeth and Cheryl. He was also cherished by his 13 grandchildren, 12 great - grandchildren and their spouses.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
