With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Theresa Freiberger of West Islip, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lynch and Mary Lynch (Wolf); her husband Donald; and her siblings, Mary Lynch, Margaret Tilton (Charlie), Howard Lynch, John Lynch (Clara) and Edward Lynch (Madeline).
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Griffin (Kevin) and Dawn Freiberger; and her grandchildren, Allison McElligott, Meghan McElligott, Elizabeth McBain, John Griffin, Molly McBain and Kathleen Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Catricala Funeral Home (1597 US-9, Clifton Park, NY 12065). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
