He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Braddish and John Braddish; his wife Mary Lou McCullough; his siblings, Joanne and Kevin; his daughter-in-law Eileen; and his children, Kevin (Basia), Keith (Michelle), Becca (Shaun) and Erin (Peter).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Memorial Funeral Mass.
In Lieu of Flowers. Memorial donations may be made to WIAHOF for a scholarship fund in Jack's name.
