Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (1225 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
