He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Deborah (Michael), Andrea (Stephan) and Andrew (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Stephan, Heather, Daniel, Samantha, Kenneth, Krystina, Michael, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Anthony, Andrew, Brianna, Ashley, Brody and Jack.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the St Jude's Children's Hospital.
