It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Andrew Jongbloed Jr. of West Islip, New York, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Deborah (Michael), Andrea (Stephan) and Andrew (Tracy); and his grandchildren, Stephan, Heather, Daniel, Samantha, Kenneth, Krystina, Michael, Kaitlyn, Elizabeth, Anthony, Andrew, Brianna, Ashley, Brody and Jack.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 3rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM and on Thursday, April 4th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to the St Jude's Children's Hospital.
