She is survived by: her significant other Thomas Ostoyich; her parents, Howard Collins and Bonnie Collins of Macon, GA; her brother Ben Collins (Kim) of Westlake Village, CA; her nephew Mason; her nieces, Caitlin and Natalie; her sister Melissa Cramer (Alex) of Richmond, VA; her nieces and nephews, Hayes and Miles; and her pet Rufus.
