He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walter Johnson and Doreen Ida Johnson (Pearse); and his brother Kevin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson (Greene) of West Hurley; his children, Rebecca "Randi" Johnson-Denier of Palenville, Allie Whittaker (Howie) of West Hurley and Matthew Johnson of Coxsackie; his granddaughters, Brianna Denier of Hudson and Kaydence Whittaker of West Hurley; his stepmother Barbara "Bobbi" Johnson of Florida; his siblings, Wayne Johnson (Mary Kay) of Ulster Park and Kimberly Johnson; and his stepsiblings, Michael Ahearn of Florida and Barb Lumbaca (Carl) of Phoenicia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
