She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Barattini and Madeline Barattini. She is survived by: her husband Albert J. Kleinberg, Jr.; her children, Paula Toole (Joseph) and Jim Kleinberg (Ran); her grandchildren, Jonathan Ryan Toole, Caroline Rose Toole, Emma Satheara Kleinberg and Anna Marie Kleinberg; her sister Louise Chase (Ed); and her siblings-in-law, Susan Kilgannon, Frank Kilgannon and Mary Anne Cox.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's memory to either the Epilepsy Foundation or Autism Speaks.
