He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Heckett (Herbert); his father-in-law Dominick Vinci; and his son Stephen. He is survived by: his father William Sr. Heckett of Yorktown Heights; his wife Carolyn (Vinci); his sons, William III and Philip; his daughter-in-law Briana (Huslinger); his grandchildren, Dominick and Charlotte; his brother John (Noli) of Gaithersburg; his mother-in-law Ruth Vinci; and his sister-in-law Mary Corinne (Kenneth). He is also survived by many cousins and cherished nieces and nephews.
