Gillespie of West Haverstraw, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Gillespie and Ruth Gillespie; his brother Mickey Gillespie; his son-in-law Brooks Hall; and his brothers-in-law, Patrick Purcell and Herbie Kloper.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Reid Gillespie; his children, JoAnn Hall (Brooks), William, Patricia Gillespie, Thomas, Maureen Gillespie, Robert and Janemarie Gillespie; his grandchildren, Cheryl, Steven Birnbryer, Lori, Kerri-Ann, Stephen Provel, Casey Gillespie, Brooks, Alison Hall, Robert, Lenore Gillespie, Breanne, Joseph Felice, Brittany, James Caporiccio, Dylan, Kevin McFadden and James Gillespie; his sisters, Joan Purcell and Patsy Kloper; and his sister-in-law Helen Gillespie.
