It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Spong of West Haverstraw, New York, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Elizabeth Thorpe; her husband Gregory; and her brother-in-law F. Gordon Zophy. She is survived by: her sons, Todd (Denise), Troy (Darlene), Trent (Debi) and Jason (Dorothy); and her siblings, Judith Zophy, Mary Jane Thorpe and John Thorpe (Sheila). She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
