He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine and Jerry Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Annette Colombo; his children, Jerry (Kathy), Gary (Mary Jean) and Mary Alice (Tom); his brothers, Louis and James; his sister-in-law Rose; and his grandchildren, Frank, Sabrina, Gerard, Jennifer, John, Alison and Grayson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Jerry's family request donations be made to St. Jude's or Wounded Warriors.
