In loving memory of Patricia A. Weston of West Falls, New York, who departed this world on February 4, 2025 at the age of 87. Patricia leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas A. Weston; her daughters, Kimberly Bowen (Gilbert Rosario) and Cheryl Hadzicki; her stepchildren, Mark Gemerek (Julie), Ellen Beyor (Pat), Lawrence Gemerek (Ann) and Sarah Weston; her grandchildren, Lea P. Bowen, Caitlin M. Morris (Alexander), Carolyn R. Lindstrom (Alex) and Erin T. Hadzicki; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Gemerek, Jake Gemerek (Kathryn), Eric King (Rose), Kari King, Christina Gemerek and Joe Gemerek; and her great grandchildren, Ariana, Natalie, Morgan, Merle and Stone.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wood Funeral Home (784 E Main St, East Aurora, NY 14052). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Church (74 Old Glenwood Rd, West Falls, NY 14170).
