She was predeceased by: her husband George "Richard" Hayhurst; her son Donald F. Gorsky (Elizabeth); and her parents, James Smith and Lucille Smith. She is survived by: her children, James D. Gorsky (Leslie), Richard, Elizabeth Kalke (Richard Beyer) and Sally Hayhurst (Holly); and her siblings, Richard, Robert, Dolores, Suzanne and David. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
