With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa L. Brooks of West Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chadwick Shelley and Iris Shelley (Tharnish); and her brothers, Clinton and Randy Shelley. She is survived by: her husband Larry Brooks; her siblings, Wendy Leonard (Denny), Todd Shelley (Angela) and Lisa Transki (Brian); and her parents-in-law, Jim and Joan Brooks. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
