He is survived by: his parents, Brent Scoins of Franklinville and Elaine Scoins of Franklinville; his siblings, Lauren Steff (Joseph) of Machias and Christine DeCosta (Cody Boyer) of Delevan; his nieces and nephews, Caitlyn, Cassidy DeCosta and Zoey Steff; and his grandparents, Elaine Colwill of Arcade, Marianne Scoins of Andover, NY and Cynthia James (late Alan) of West Falls. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
