He is survived by: his wife Jewell; his children, Kenneth M. (Paula), Robert, Carrie (David Taylor) and Christopher (Rachael); and his brother Richard. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great granddaughter, and numerous other relatives and many close friends.
