It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Kosiba of West Coxsackie, New York, born in Troy, New York, who passed away on February 19, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Kosiba and Agnes Kosiba; his wife Lorraine Kosiba (Hotaling); his brother-in-law Ralph A Hotaling, Jr.; and his great-nephew Thomas Burnell.

He is survived by: his daughter Holly Richardson; his sister-in-law Judy Hotaling; his niece Sandra Burnell; his nephews, Jody Hotaling (Donna) and Ralph A. Hotaling III (Debbie); his great-nephew Anthony Burnell Jr.; his friends, Denis Jordan (Diane) and Maria Bowers; and also Kylie.
