He is survived by: his children, Angela Harvey (Tyler) of Portville, Julia A. Becker of Clarion, PA and Josh R. Skiver (Allison) of Bradford, PA; his grandchildren, Kyle, Todd, Tristen, Eric, Ivy and Nora; and his siblings, Dell Skiver (Penny), Jerry Skiver, Al Skiver, Marty Skiver, Ruth Stiles of Rexville, Cheryl Bean of Ithaca and Marilyn Whitehead (Harry) of Idaho. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
