He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blake and Mildred Blake (Lombard); and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Brent Blake (Lisa) and Lois Blake; his grandsons, Corby Blake (Tracy) and Eli Blake; and his great grandchild Lydia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
