It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elwood Philip LaPier of West Chazy, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond LaPier and Beatrice LaPier (Jimmo); his brothers, Stanley and Wendell LaPier; his siblings-in-law, Gerard Filion and Leita LaPier; and his son-in-law Jeffrey Bull.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn LaPier (Boykin); his children, Tony LaPier (Lori), Lisa Dowdle (James), Karen LaPier (Hugh LaMoy), Tina LaPier (Frank Holloway) and Vicki Gregoire (David); and his siblings, Beverly Gooley (Henry), Donna Filion, Wayne LaPier and Arlene Jabaut (Jerry). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donations in his memory may be made to Hospice of the North Country in Plattsburgh or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
