He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Buster" Lewis and Florence Lewis; his brother Richard; his former wife Sue; and his daughter-in-law Kim.
He is survived by: his wife Judianne; his children, Kenneth (Louise), John (Kari), Terry, Tammy (Mark) and Heidi (Terry); and his siblings, Gary Lewis (Betty), Raymond Lewis (Karen), Katherine Henrie (Richard), Timothy Lewis (Ellen), Evelyn Montgomery (Robert), Linda Lusk (Randall) and James Lewis (Linda). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
